About GWRITES

Genie Gratto, founder of GWRITES, is a mission-driven communicator with a passion for storytelling, technology, and social change. She began her career as a reporter and has spent more than two decades helping nonprofit organizations, tech companies, public utilities, healthcare providers, and experiential agencies communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact.

My Approach as a Messaging & Communications Strategist

Messaging work always starts with a mess.

Stories that are tightly held.
Narratives shaped by culture, ego, hope, and habit.
Words people love — and words they’ve stopped hearing.

My role is to listen, sift, and shape. I work through what already exists, add layers of insight, and craft messaging that is clear, grounded, and resonant.
